How often you need to charge your batteries depends entirely on how often you use the scooter or wheelchair.

We recommend continuously charging the batteries if you are not using your wheelchair. The charger ensures that your batteries will not become overcharged.

Check the user manual that you received with the battery charger for more information!

If you use your mobility scooter or wheelchair every day and drive a lot of miles on it, repairs may be necessary. Whether it’s a simple repair or a little more complicated, your dealer can help! Regular service checks are essential to ensure that your mobility scooter continues to work properly.

Our mobility scooters must be maintained by an authorized Pride supplier. Our suppliers are trained in performing diagnostic tests and repairs. Call your dealer and make an appointment if you need maintenance for your mobility scooter. For safety reasons, we do not recommend consumers to do their own repairs.

You can find the serial number in the manual, on page 2 or on the back of the last page, starting with an S. . ., it is 14 characters in total. On the scooter itself it is located between the batteries, on a white sticker with a barcode attached to the chair pole.
